Return policy

Product Returns will be accepted for all stock items within 14 days for store credit or exchange only.  Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 24 hours of package arrival.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect purchase(s) for damages within 24 hours.  VAUST Studio GmbH will allow store credit and exchanges for items with receipt and, if applicable, in the original, intact packaging.  All credited returns and exchanges must be in original, unused condition.  Return shipping, payment for return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable.  Many of our items are non-stock items.  It is the customer's responsibility to contact VAUST Studio GmbH to check on stock and availability.  Special orders and items made to order may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of payment - a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
